What a push, Carl should give Brad the trophy. He wouldn't have won that without it.
|
Shit, Johnson still edged out Hamlin
|
|
Good for Carl, glad the best car won instead of a gas mileage win~
|
6.8. Touched the hand down on the dismount.
|
Awesome finish!
|
Johnson had the best car, Brad pushed the slower Edwards to the win.

little bitter sweet for me for a couple of reasons.
Being a brad k fan, seeing him push a guy that nearly killed him three years ago in atlanta is bittersweet. Brad also was pretty much the fastest car all day, but these new cars make it almost impossible to pass, as people were saying. Cant complain. Two 4th place finishes for brad to start the season. |

These cars, as much as I squint and want it to be true, do not look at all like Mustangs and Camaros. Kthx. |

I think that spin right there illustrates the difference between a great driver and one who isn't great at all. Great one takes what looks like a wreck and minimizes it. Richardson almost made a little "get out of shape" deal into a big wreck; he would have if any traffic was nearby.

LMAO... i hear you...
uh oh, here comes the restart...cars are all bunched up |
|
austin dillon running second - guy cracks me up...ewok
|
Pretty funny story about Kligerman. Not funny for him, I guess, but we're not here for his entertainment. Thought he was blowing up or something and took the car to the garage, only to find the problem was just a flat tire. He'll receive shit about that for some time.
|
Wow, Hornish is just checking right the hell out. Got 'em covered, as they used to say.
|
Kyle B. should win today. He has had a ton of success at his hometown track.
Although, Hornish is giving him a run for his money. Both have fast cars - They're running about 171+ mph |

He's a top 10 driver. Edit: I'm impressed with Pastrana. Quote:

OFTLOG...Caution
The Dillon boys are the future of NASCAR. Running 6th and 8th. Nelson Piquet Jr running 9th...good job so far. Edit: 13 laps to go. |
I didn't think they'd make it through the first lap after the restart...but I was too slow to type it before they went to wreckin'.
|
chefsos, LMAO
Caution.... Wow...hard hit on the outside wall - looks like they took the air off his car - or someone tapped him from behind. |
I'm this race and most of tomorrow's :-(
Who plans a bday party on a damn Sunday? |
Quote:
Poor Kyle Larson - He has been in some bad wrecks this season. |
hope Hornish doesn't wreck the leaders...
Kyle's running the low line. Here we go... |
Sadler was all up in Hornish's shit the last restart. Everyone's going to be ****ing with Hornish this time.
|
Wow... Hornish is super fast - his car is a rocket.
hope he passes inspection if he wins, he better burn that car down. |
Nice racing for a few laps there, but Hornish ought to close this one out now.
|
Quote:
Edit: Hornish wins at Las Vegas LMAO He's burning that car up! Awesome job by Hornish. Penske car...Driven by a two time IRL Champion |
That whole "do a burnout while hanging out of the window and simultaneously catching the checkered flag" routine had potential, but he came up just a little short. I wonder if guys actually practice that.
|
I'm not sure, but it looks like he was practicing that burnout - It looked good.

Hamlin fined $25k by NASCAR for criticizing car
LAS VEGAS (AP) The Joe Gibbs Racing driver, who was fined $25,000 by NASCAR on Thursday for speaking his mind about the new Generation 6 cars last week at Phoenix, has vowed he won't pay the fine and will appeal. Joe Gibbs says, he will stand behind his driver. This isn't the first time Denny Hamlin has been fined. In 2010, he was secretly docked $50,000 after speculating in an online Twitter conversation (with this author) that NASCAR sometimes threw debris cautions to tighten the field for the benefit of the show. http://www.usatoday.com/story/sports...-2013/1974109/ Hahahahahaha |
WHO'S READY FOR SOME NASCAR!!!!!!!!!!
|
Ready.
|
I'll actually only miss about the first 40 minuets.
Let's go EDWARDS AND KESELOWSKI!!!!!!!!!!! Edwards preferably :-) |
The race is still a few hours away.
|
Quote:
Knock Knock Who's there? Carl Carl who? Carl ****ing Edwards about to pass that ass up. BOOM press on hater |
Knock Knock
Who's there? Danica Danica who? Danica is a mediocre driver who is ridiculously overhyped because 95% of NASCAR fans are ****ing knuckle-dragging mouthbreathers who act like they've never seen a girl before. |
