Southward just got the rub on "Path to the Draft" from D. Jeremiah as an option for KC in the 4th round.

He needs some seasoning, but the talent is more than there. He could end up being a real steal. Athleticism off the charts. He's Ballentine minus the pound of weed a day.

Quintana is dealing. 5 K's already.

blazzin311 04-29-2014 07:20 PM

ThThe Seattle Seahawks select....Jay Bromley, DT/DE, Syracuse. The Seahawks' Defensive Line is the deepest and most talented unit on the Roster. Bromley could fill plenty of different positions on that line. Bromley was productive inside with 10 Sacks last Season for Syracuse. While Bromley is a Defensive Tackle, don't be surprised to see the Seahawks trying to convert him into a Red Bryant like player....an Edge Defender, who is a better Run Stuffer than a Pass Rusher. Bromley also won't have to start right away due to Seattle's depth and will be groomed to contribute down the road.

Nothing could make me feel any better my friend. :D

The Sox could surprise me this year, I kind of expected them to be bottom dwellers, but they are surging. Beating the Tiggers might allow me to wear my Black and White for another day this week. :D

Abreu is going to win the AL Player of the Month. No doubter. They are opening up a can of whoop ass on JV this inning. Looks like I'll be switching over to Fargo at the top of the hour.

No doubt. Dunn served up a Ribeye for ya. ;) 3-0 after 3.

There's no ****ing way this thing gets done by draft day.

kccrow 04-29-2014 07:55 PM

I can make picks between about 5:30 PM and 10:00 PM CST during the week and almost any time on the weekend. I don't know what everyone else's schedule is like though. I'd expect far more activity in that time frame though, because I'd assume people do work, and it just isn't happening.

The Pittsburgh Steelers Select:

Michael Sam OLB/DE Missouri

Steelers take a chance on a sack machine. They have the luxury of easing him into the lineup or using him as pass rush specialist for now.

sfchief 04-29-2014 09:38 PM

The Giants select

Spencer Long OG Nebraska

http://image.cdnllnwnl.xosnetwork.co...1105221544.JPG

Before Long went down w a knee (mcl) he was looking at late 2nd early 3rd.

Giants let him learn for a year and he starts next year

Matthews-Yankey-Schwartz-Long-Pugh
Sure looks a whole lot better than what they had last year.

Sfeihc 04-29-2014 09:49 PM

The Baltimore Ravens select Brett Smith, QB, Wyoming.

blazzin311 04-29-2014 11:37 PM

The Green Bay Packers select....Crockett Gillmore, TE, Colorado State. Gillmore offers a big receiving target in the middle of the field, but he is also known for being an excellent Run Blocker. It’s Gillmore’s combination of size, receiving ability, and affinity to block that really makes him an intriguing fit for the Packers Offense.

Some draftniks are saying that Crockett may be moved and developed into an OT at the next level.

Round 5 is in the bag. 6 is now on.

RealSNR 04-30-2014 12:00 AM

Okay, we're going overboard here. I got three different PMs saying I was on the clock while looking at my board.

I took this guy for the Vikings in the 7th round of the other mock. I'm so high on him being a quality starting lineman, however, that I find him to be just as good here in the 6th round.

The Houston Texans select Brandon Linder, OG, Miami (FL)

Lol, sorry, I just started sending PMs to everyone that goes OTC just in case whoever picked before them forgot to do it.

The Redskins need some more bodies to compete in the secondary...

The Washington Redskins select

Chris Davis - CB - Auburn

http://www.washingtonpost.com/rf/ima...0391b-6952.jpg

Sfeihc 04-30-2014 06:17 AM

The Jacksonville Jaguars select Matt Patchan, OT, BC.

chiefscafan 04-30-2014 09:48 AM

http://i1150.photobucket.com/albums/...psrbnj4vvm.jpg

The Cleveland Browns Select:

Tom Hornsey P Memphis

Well the browns need a punter ranked 28th in the league so they take the Australian Product with the big leg. They decide to take him over the other punter rated higher because Hornsey has a higher ceiling.

RealSNR 04-30-2014 10:36 AM

Some douche picked Southward a round too early. So now I've gotta do the same with this player. God damn it.

Houston Texans select Lonnie Balentine, FS, Memphis

With the 182nd pick in the 2014 NFl Draft, the Atlanta Falcons select:

Brandon Coleman, WR, Rutgers

http://www1.pictures.zimbio.com/gi/B...qg9yo27Qgl.jpg

Lost in the shuffle of a deep WR class, the Falcons take Coleman here in hopes of hitting a home run with his size and athleticism. Coleman had an inconsistent college career due to a revolving door of coordinators and poor QB play. He is one of the biggest WRs in this class along with the likes of Mike Evans and Kelvin Benjamin. He'll have a stable situation to develop in with Atlanta and can learn from Roddy White and Julio Jones.

Discuss Thrower 04-30-2014 04:31 PM

Chicago Bears select David Fales, quarterback, San Jose State

blazzin311 04-30-2014 08:27 PM

The Minnesota Vikings select....Michael Campanaro, WR, Wake Forest. Sure, Campanaro didn't light up the Combine and might not look intimidating coming off the bus, but he can play the Receiver position. He understands how to get open by exposing the holes in a zone, and using his quick feet and deceptive route running to get separation from man coverage. He's a sure handed Slot Receiver and Wake's all time leader in catches....he will give the Vikings a dependable option who become a solid slot reciever at the next level.

Look bro, if you have to have a shower and then play Dr. Phil to your lesbian friend on the facebook that's your business. When you bring it into a mock draft thread then you are welcoming whatever may come your way. Think of these Mock threads as a locker room type atmosphere. You will catch **** how much depends on you and what you're bringing to the table.:p

Come on people PM when you are suppose to.
Come on people check this thread regularly even if you don't get a PM. This is not that hard people.
It has been fairly ridiculous the number of people that have been very close or going over on their time allotment. No I am not talking about just one pick in the draft. But some are taking near the limit with most picks.
We can do better than this.

The Kansas City Chiefs select Jerrck McKinnon, offensive weapon, Georgia State.

The saying goes "Jack of All Trades, Master of None" and that could easily the case for the former read-option QB for the Eagles. However, the Cheufs will use McKinnon's speed and athleticism in carrying out whatever role coaches have for him in special teams most likely replacing Knile Davis as a kickoff returner and possibly Dexter McCluster fielding punts.

Having said that, McKinnon's resume as a runner at Georgia State makes the case that he can fulfill the role as an NFL feature running back though he's not the prototypical Andy Reid back a la Brian Westbrook, LaSean McCoy or the man two spots ahead of him on the Chiefs depth chart in Jamaal Charles. If he establishes himself as a special team returner, the Chiefs have the bonus of opening a roster spot by designating McKinnon as the third string running back.

TL;DR? "Cyrus Gray?

blazzin311 05-03-2014 02:17 AM

The Pack already have Matthews, Peppers, Nick Perry, Datone Jones, and just Drafted Kelcy Quarles, a couple of rounds earlier. But as we all know in this day and age in the NFL, you can never have enough Pass-Rushers! They are a valuable commodity! So Green Bay selects....James Gayle, OLB, Virginia Tech. Gayle has enough burst off the snap to create pressure and could eventually emerge as an effective Rush-Backer for the Packers.

The New England Patriots select Xavier Grimble, TE, USC
