Saturday morning prospect update:

Raul Mondesi snapped an 0-15 stretch with a two-hit game last night. Best sign remains that he is walking more this season.

Hunter Dozier is off to a great start and looks to have fixed whatever he did to his swing before last season.

Starling's average plummeted during a bad four game stretch, but he also is drawing a good number of walks.

Ryan O'Hearn also is continuing to display the power that makes him intriguing. He's putting up the best power numbers of a royals prospect at Wilmington (a tough hitters' park) since Moustakas in 2010.

Expect Dozier and O'Hearn to get promotions to AAA and AA, respectively, by June if they continue to take.

LOL, what? They have the second best ERA in the league. Their starting pitching has been phenomenal this year outside of Chris Young and one Medlen start.

Yeah, if Volquez, Kennedy and Ventura can pitch like this we're going to be real tough. That's about the only way to win more games than last year.

While impressive these starters that put up silly numbers always seem to pitch in the B league.

Id like to see what he can do in the AL east with those lineups and little league parks.

Makes sense, my cousin sells trading cards and other Royals stuff for a part time gig. He generally sales the bobble heads for 150+.. Someone is out there spending that type of money.

He just got back some signed baseball card that he sent off to be graded, only 10 made. His is the only perfect grading of the 10. I wanna say it is a Harper card.

That is sick. The Cubs are unreal this year. I'd need to look it up but I think I heard on the radio last week that up to this point in the season they have better stats than the 1927 Yankees... :eek:
