More and more buzz with each lousy week that this could be Carr’s last year in Oakland.

Gruden isn’t the kind of coach who will sit on his hands with a QB he doesn’t want. I think they’ll be picking high and will draft a new QB. Full on rebuild.

Maybe that's why he traded Mack. Get draft picks for him and then tank for the #1 pick in the draft and draft the QB he wants and rebuild from the ground up.

Gruden did identify Mahomes as the QB teams needed to draft, so maybe a decade (or however longs its been on) or so of doing his Gruden QB Camp show he has helped him refine things to look for when drafting a successful first round QB.
