Chiefs aren't scared of anyone, hence standing pat.

We just have such a specific need.

I mean look at what Buffalo did with Hines - nothing earth shattering, but they had a need for a dynamic pass-catching back and they addressed it.

We didn't need Josh Allen (though he would've been nice). We needed a twitchy edge and a rotational interior rusher.

I just don't see why a Green or Key deal and a deal for someone like Chaisson and/or Ngakoue wasn't done.

There were guys out there. There weren't 'dudes' out there, but there was help and we need it.

I really hope this isn't the Frank Clark Blind Spot striking again. Guy played his first good game in 2 years right before the trade deadline...

I absolutely agree, Kaindoh is worthless. I saw him at twin peaks during a Chiefs home game talking to a waitress that he was trying to bang, the entire game. He never even watched a minute of the game. To some that might not be a big deal but if he was committed and bought in on this team he should at least be actually watching the game.

That seals it right there! Young guy trying to have sex with a waitress? Cut him now!

LMAO Hunt didn't get moved and all the Browns wanted was a 4th.

that move was more of a long term solution. Not a temp one for this year.

It's also not really a "solution". It's a POTENTIAL solution. He has to get his head and straight and stay healthy before he can ever really contribute.

I have plenty of hope for the guy but rationally, it's going to be a steep, uphill climb for him.

He's the dog. Hell, we all are. And the Chiefs are doing the kicking.

I'm glad we didn't overpay in picks and $ for a guy who isn't a sure lock to be a huge upgrade.

I love my KC Chiefs.

this trade is kind of stupid

I'm a little surprised no one bit on this. Maybe Hunt's reputation hurt him in some way. I don't know what else it could be.

Hunt didn't get moved afterall? Weird - figured a 4th would be low enough for someone to bite. Especially after he looked better last night than he's looked all season.

None of the guys you wanted were more than a "Potential" solution.

I believe he did for sure. He said no to our first being up for trade with the draft coming here in 2023. It sounds like something he would do.

Get him out of here! These guys don't need pussy!

I don't see not overpaying for a short term rental as a bad thing. Chubb is going to want a bigger contract next year, so that's exactly what he is for the Fins. True enough, Allen would be pretty cheap next year, but what about 2024? You can't kick the LT can down the road for much longer. A decision will have to be made soon on Juju and Hardman. I trust Veach to not mortgage the farm for a 1 or 2 (at best) window.

Dunerdr 11-01-2022 02:08 PM

Bills are sending Moss to the Colts and a 5th for hynes. Weird.
