Maybe if Molina set up directly behind the batter this idiot could throw a strike.

KC_Connection 10-16-2011 07:57 PM

3-1, but he hasn't thrown a strike this AB.

'Hamas' Jenkins 10-16-2011 07:57 PM

Salas is UIBB'ing Hart for Zep.

NJChiefsFan 10-16-2011 07:59 PM

3-1 change up. gutsy. This game is insane. Not even my teams and I personally feel like I have watched the 8th inning 3 innings in a row here and its only the bottom of the 4th.

'Hamas' Jenkins 10-16-2011 07:59 PM

He just threw a letter high change that Hart just missed.

:shake:

YES!! That's one of the biggest outs of this series.

KC_Connection 10-16-2011 08:00 PM

Got fortunate there.

I really, really like Kameron Loe.

rico 10-16-2011 08:03 PM

Usually a 4 run lead in the top of the 5th would make me feel confident, but right now I feel like I am going to barf.

Frazod 10-16-2011 08:05 PM

Ah, Brewer errors. It's like popcorn for the soul.

Marcellus 10-16-2011 08:05 PM

Nice defense Hart. LMAO

That last inning was a huge momentum shift. Brewers could have got it to 3. I always thought being within "save" distance was a big mental hurdle. Now it looks like you are going to score. You come out next inning and keep them from scoring and I think the idea in the ballpark that the Brewers are going to come back dies a decent amount.

Hahaha, me too... the dude looks like such a dunce too.

We've got "Loe" with a post-season era that is "high" giving up a hit to "Freese" who is "hot" right now. Gotta love it!

I am really starting to LOVE the defense of Hairston.

These two need to score.

I'd almost consider trying bunting for a hit here.

'Hamas' Jenkins 10-16-2011 08:11 PM

I don't know why you'd PH Chambers over Theriot here.

Exactly. Because it's OK to burn Theriot, you can't use him defensively.

KC_Connection 10-16-2011 08:13 PM

Braun does not have a good arm, announcer.

OnTheWarpath15 10-16-2011 08:13 PM

Good job, Chambers.

Frazod 10-16-2011 08:13 PM

Not bad for 43 years old.

Its not elite but its also not bad. Decent enough that the play was close. Braun just took forever to let it go.

Brewers have 7 errors in last 13 innings. Not exactly a good way to win a series when you are tied 2-2.

BigRedChief 10-16-2011 08:19 PM

Scrabble needs to work Braun and Fielder without 3 runs scoring.

Frazod 10-16-2011 08:23 PM

SPchief 10-16-2011 08:23 PM

And Braun was safe

'Hamas' Jenkins 10-16-2011 08:24 PM

If Scrabble owned Fielder any more, he'd call him Toby.

NJChiefsFan 10-16-2011 08:24 PM

Looked safe on the one replay. Slowing it down looked like Albert might have just got him. That would have been a huge momentum swing if Braun had been called safe. Hopefully Pujols is ok for you guys.

OnTheWarpath15 10-16-2011 08:25 PM

This umpiring crew has been brutal.

A little better at balls/strikes tonight but Braun was safe on that play and Albert was safe at the plate early in the game.

If you take the replay looking in from second base and really slow it down looks like Albert might have just got him. Maybe not though.

The bang-bang plays I can understand. Both calls could have went either way. I'm all for instant replay.

The balls and strikes in the previous games have been pathetic. I've said it a dozen times, they should just use the goddamn strike zone thing on TV.

Looking ahead to the next inning, I'm more afraid of Jesus Hairston and Yuniesky Betancourt than Braun and Fielder.

And on cue, Betancourt robs Jay of a hit.

Betancourt has played this series like he's A-Rod in a late May blowout.
