It's funny as **** how everyone heard the exact same interview, yet there are probably 10 different interpretations of it.

Well, looks like he's gonna target a Cowher or Gruden type HC. IF that's the case, would the hire come sooner or later.

Clark mentioned how there are HC's with personnel experience and how college coaches don't have that type of experience. He followed that up saying he wants the HC to be "flexible" in terms of being on the same reporting level as the GM and having some personnel experience.

Based on those statements it sounds like Clark is eliminating the hire of a college coach.

I really think it will be Cowher or Reid. Hunt has had his fill with guys who haven't "done it before" imo.
