Kid is awesome. Loves the long ball, so the planet would love him.

I'm the biggest UDub fan on this board by a country mile. I watch every game thanks to sling. That's my guy.

As long as our offense and especially our new "goal to go, side to side" passing game continues to confuse and keep D cords up all night trying to solve it... Those stats become meaningless..

Were ****ing deadly inside the 10 yard line.

It's amazing how football dumb people who have watched the game for years are. I said it when they got him and it's still true...turnover differential has, does, and will always decide games. It's not a mystery why the team is winning without pretty stats.

The wins are great, but at some point you have to recognize that the offense is an issue. At some point in the regular/post season, we are going to need the offense to put points on the board in a much needed win. Right now, they are struggling. We just put 326 yards & 20 points on a defense that is giving up 403 yards & 32 points per game. That's Vermeil level defense.

A win is a win and they are great, but it's ok to say the offense needs to produce. Saying you want the offense to produce doesn't mean you are hoping for more fantasy points. It means you can recognize an issue that, if it doesn't change, as the season goes on will become a bigger issue in bigger games.

Yes. You've said it. Seemingly 15 times in the past 24 hours. We understand - you called it years ago. Put it as your signature so you don't have to type it out all the time.

And when you're defense fails to generate turnovers? This offense isn't going to be there to put this team on it's back and win you a game.

And don't feed me that Chargers bullshit from Week 1. They've proven that they give away games all of the time.

I'm glad someone is enjoying 90s Chiefs Redux: Electric Boogaloo.

Maybe this time Steve Bono will beat the Colts.

4 and 2 you dumb bastard

So let me get this straight....

Because we are 4-2, we cannot discuss any part of our team that is struggling? Seems like an absurd way to run a message board.

It's amazing how unwilling you are to admit this is a recipe for playoff contention in the regular season but one that collapses when you play good teams away from home or play elite teams in the playoffs.

He's crazy good, AND he's not a distraction, AND he puts in the work - on the field in and in the film room, AND he doesn't seem to get rattled, AND (at least publicly) he's a team-first guy, AND he doesn't appear to pay much attention to all of the hype, etc. etc. etc.

Always an unknown if the goods will translate from high school to college, and then again from college to pro, but he's got as good a chance as any to go the distance.

Will be fun if he does. As I said earlier, Jordan Richards from the Patriots from the same high school but it's hard to choke down a Patriots game for the few times Jordan is currently playing. Maybe in a few years when he climbs the depth chart. Shaq Thompson who, as you will know, is from UDub as well - came from one of Folsom's chief rivals Grant HS. So I was able to see him play at the high school level as well on a number of occasions.

We've been blessed with some incredibly good local football around here for a number of years now.
