I freely admit though, it'll be good to see OBJ back on the field doing his thing. It's a lot of fun to watch him play.

And I still have a lot of doubt Deandre will actually ever be a Chief. As far as draft capital, we can't offer that much, and Veach won't offer a 2nd, probably not even a third. I wouldn't. Not with the holes that need filling on the roster.

But who knows what Veach has up his sleeve? He's got a little bit of the wizard in him like Andy. Maybe he'll find a way to steal Hopkins, and the Chiefs will go on to threepeat. Have an undefeated season. Have more than one 1,000 yard receiver on the team.

We're on the precipice of the undiscovered country and Hopkins might be the key to it all.
