I've passed the Securities Industry Exam and the Series 6. 63 is up at the end of this month. Possibly Series 7 down the road, but I'm tired of taking exams. |

But for some reason, I hit these better than game improvement or players irons. Think it has a lot to do with the thin soles and the firm turf down here. And like I said, my goal is to get better - these will certainly punish mis-hits, and my other clubs gave me little to no feedback. I will say that these are WAY more forgiving than what most people think of when they think of blades. |
I’ve got an old set of macgregor blades from the 80s
They’re unreal hard to hit |

I am now a member at the prestigious Shawnee Golf & Country Club. At least its cheap and 27 holes. Just looking to get fast golf in.

I'm on vacation in the pan handle of Florida. I played a course the other day that is the Longest course in the state. 7,700 yards from the tips. I played it at about 7,000 and with winter fairways and being a little damp it was plenty long. Windswept Dunes is the name of the place. It was hard to get a read on because it's not in summer condition but it was a little rough around the edges IMO. Tomorrow I'm playing Bay Point which was redesigned by Jack Nicklaus around 2005. Should be a good day. |

I'm going to use them on Monday when I play a course in San Destin called Raven Golf Club. Looks like a nice place. They've played some pro events there in the past. https://www.sandestin.com/golf/raven...m_campaign=gmb Should be interesting. |

put the golf on TV!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I do not need 3 hours of documentary of the past. |
On my golf simulator I played Augusta from the Championship tees (7450 yards) and then from the members tees (6350 yards). I've found there is about a 10 stroke difference between the two. They always say there is room off the tee at Augusta. I thought it was pretty tight. The greens for chipping would be unreal in person if they were fast.
|
Quote:
But I agree. TV would be better. |
they should have put in crowd noise like they do at NFL games.
sarcasm |
I am too lazy to look anything up.
What is the hatred on DeChambeau? The fact that he can hit 400 or is there an ego? |

The Masters and their rules how to telecast has always been weird. |
windy today.
I did see someone that was sponsored by Flex Seal!!!! |
Just noticed how the one hole...maybe 12. had the sand traps that looked like a smiley face. Like it is mocking you.

Matsyama (sp) kicked ass after the rain delay yesterday. Some fold. He did not.

sand does not help. only need to win by 1

Xander is one of the bigger chokers on tour considering his talent level. Would have been real interesting had some real pressure been out on Hideki instead of whatever that shot on 16 was.
|
he deserves it. Played great yesterday and today
|
Glad he won, he’s paid his dues.
But holy hell was that the driest Butler interview ever |
Quote:
That shot on 16 was so bad, it’s not a tough hole at all anymore considering they’re hitting 8 or 9 irons into a flag with a gigantic backstop behind it. |

I’m going to enjoy watching the Japanese celebrate. |

I would love to play at Augusta!

I was pulling for that skinny pencil necked kid. The pressure got to him on the final day. The Japanese fellow earned it congrats.
