Yes...easily it can be established that that's a gun. Hell give the clip of the video with multiple frames of the gun in it and I'm pretty sure I could sharpen up the image enough to establish it's a gun beyond a reasonable doubt. You would be amazed at what technology can do in the world of image enhancement. It's all about how much money you want to spend to do it.

Meh. You run the risk of tampering at that point.

That makes sense. They better hope they have something better than that.

Clayton Bibsby, Defense Lawyer: Aaron Hernandez isn't holding a gun in those multiple pictures....He's holding a, uh, a pickle--a kosher dill, yeah, that's the ticket. Oh, and uh, unless his semen is on the gun...er pickle, you, uh, can't prove that it is really Aaron Hernandez. It could be, uh, uh, PeeWee Herman, yeah that's the ticket, PeeWee Herman is the killer. Yeah, there's a reasonable doubt that Aaron Hernandez is a murderer and that the true killer is PeeWee Herman who killed the guy with a dill pickle....

You know the sad part is, is this kid 'really thinks' he will get off. He has absolutely no clue the trouble he is in right now. And he won't until he gets the news from his lawyers long after the trial after being convicted that they can no longer do anything for him. That's when it will hit him like 10 linebackers hitting him all at once that he is in the 'slammer for life'. Narcissism on ROIDS and why wouldn't it be because he has never been accountable for anything especially being a thug who is a great athlete. Why wouldn't he think he can get off ???

If you are defining flaws as morally corrupt folks in charge to some degree then I would agree. But the system in and of itself ?:hmmm:

But I get your point that thugs know the chance they have of getting away with crime because of the moral corruption running the court system.

Ray Lewis set the precedent.....no wait I mean O.J.

Even if he doesn't go to prison for murder, he will spend a lot of time in prison for other gun charges and accessory charges.

I wonder how long until Von Miller admits he played a part in the murders.

Simply Red 08-19-2013 10:12 PM

Diaz-Ramos was charged with firearms violations and released on $1,000 bail.

I'm surprised that they let her go without getting more information about 'Chicago'

I wonder if she lives long enough to say anything else?
