But yes, the schedule is overrated late in the season. That's true in every sport, BTW. |

All Baltimore has to do is beat Miami in Baltimore and one seed is pretty much locked up for them.
Good news is if that happens, the #2 seed is wide open for the Chiefs to grab, which would mean 2 home playoff games and a trip to Baltimore (where Chiefs have played well) or a chance to host the Arrowhead Invitational, yet again. This team may continue to slog through the rest of the regular season (although from what I've seen and heard the last 24 hours, this may be a different team come Sunday) but i firmly believe if they can get in the playoffs with a decent seed then they can flip a switch and make a run. We'll see, I guess . . . . . |

They have a 3-game stretch playing @Jacksonvile, @SF and vs Miami. That is brutal. They will lose 2. |
Miami is done.

They may lose at SF, but they're not losing to Miami (soft) at home and Jacksonville is done. As long as they beat Miami, they'll end up with the one seed. Which is fine. I think the Chiefs can do fine with the 2. They just gotta win out. |

Jacksonville is going to bring it Sunday night though. They’re playing for their lives. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I’ll go as far as this: If Jax beats Baltimore, KC will be the 1 seed. If not, they won’t. I think it’s that simple.
Does the prince have it in him? |
The Chiefs will win out. There isn't a team on the remaining schedule who poses any kind of threat. The Chargers are done. The Raiders are done. The Patriots were done weeks ago. The Bengals are without Burrow and the game is at Arrowhead. That makes 12-5. Book it.
Miami only has to lose once, and they've still got Dallas, Baltimore and Buffalo on their slate. Guaranteed they'll lose at least one of those games. The only real barrier to the #1 seed is Baltimore. They play at Jax, at SF, then home vs Miami and Pittsburgh (who already beat them once this year). If they drop two of those (which is very possible), then the Chiefs are in the driver's seat. The 49ers are almost a certain loss for them. 50/50 chance that they drop at least one more. |
Tyreek is proven he's the MVP candidate over Tua
