Im secretly optimistic about him. Norv, and Chud both went to Joe Banner, and Michael Lombardi, and said they wanted to coach him. They know qbs. Hell they made Derek Anderson, a pro bowler. I at least want one season to know if hes any good. If hes not, they will know, then they can draft Bryn Renner next year.

Norb had an under .500 record in 15 years as a head coach, and that was with plenty of talent on his teams, too. He's still living off the '90s Cowboys. He sucks ass.
