I'm liking what DaBoll did the last half of the year in Miami. The bad start they had is clouding alot of people's opinions on him. I'm intrigued to see what he can do with more talented offensive pieces than he's worked with in the past as OC.

Wasn't too hard to see Dabol not working. It was a joke hire to support another joke hire. No matter what people thought we would be record-wise, I think most knew it would be in spite of Cassel, Dabol, and Crennel. Instead, it was just exactly what these group of guys should normally produce together, and even more.

Admittedly, I didn't think this was a bad hire last year. Note though, it was a goose egg. everybody who works for this team needs walking at this point.
