All I've eaten today was about 8oz of Turkey Lunch Meat and 2 slices of cheese, and then a piece of string cheese that I fried.
I'm ****ing starving. Drinking water doesn't make the hunger go away. The only thing that does for me is coffee, and I'm not about to start drinking coffee at almost midnight. |

My issue is I need to walk or something at least an hour a day. The free parking across the bridge for Hockey games should help with that, thats 30 minutes round trip. But its only 2-3 times a week.

Fell off the wagon last night. I did do good all day before that though. I went to see a couple of friends of mine play at a wine bar last night. Fancier place where they serve 4 oz steaks on top of asparagus. The special I ordered had that along with ahi tuna on top of pasta in a spinach sauce. Excellent meal, but I have a feeling the sauces were not friendly to weight watching. Also had some great sushi. Water with dinner, but then had two beers once the latenight happy hour started.
That's okay. It was one evening. Back on the wagon today. |
