Herm and CP are incompetent. I'd rather stick with Barth.

I agree. Are we rebuilding or not? Feeley is a good kicker, but hardly the future of the organization. I don't see why we don't just take our lumps with Barth and be done with it.

Didnt you get the memo from Herm?

FG's Win championships baby!

If Feely is shaky on kickoffs, how would Colquit do? As strong as he is on punting, if he can kick off, he should be able to put it out of the endzone.

Feely could kick for another 10 years. You want to build the team today looking more than 10 years down the road??? :spock:

Barth kicked it 5 yds deep into the endzone against Miami. Don't know about his accuracy though. We need all the FG's we can get. It takes about 8 of them to win an NFL game.

[whisper]Psssssttttt, I was talking about our punter kicking off, not our soon to be cut kicker[/whisper]

:)

With the way our D is tackling, we'll probably need about 25 FGs to win.

Yeah, I know who our punter is. I was just pointing out that we are about to cut a guy who can get it into the EZ. We don't know if #2 can or not.

I have been impressed with Barth, but even when talk first started about him, I had my doubts about him making the team. After Medlock, I don't see Herm trusting a rookie with the job no matter how good he does in camp.

It's a kicker...its not the end of the world if we have a solid vet

DeezNutz 08-26-2008 09:15 AM

OH NOES!!!

Mr. Plow 08-26-2008 09:22 AM

I'll bet Feely only makes it to his first miss.

My only concern is that those numbers are "Miami numbers". How does he do when it is 10 degrees outside?

I see kickoffs landing at the 20...
