Because if we would have filled holes in the off-season, and put ourselves in position to win 6-7 games we would not be able to so easily tank the season, and get higher draft picks, and have the money left over to fill the holes that are left from the picks that bust, or don't pan out.

exactly and will it be the same next year, I hope not. It would be a shame to have a newly renovated stadium that almost empty on game day. Hey When I was a kid I use to watch the Chiefs practice at Liberty so I went through the good, the bad, the great, but now its the ugly but I will still watch. Its like a car wreck.

Doesn't Clark realize that there is a make-believe internet army calling for Herm and Carl's jobs?

I would have thought for sure that a group of grown men creating the equivalent of a schoolyard "Boys only, No Herm's allowed" club would have been the back breaker that got him fired...

Clark just doesn't care.... let's fire him too....
