I'm still alive. I still have my weaknesses. I've beaten the shit out of every one of those "weaknesses" but this one, and NO MAN can tell me I am lacking in WILL unless they can hide in the anominyty of the internet. Shit, I could will Mr Slainte to fall over dead if I wanted to. ;) Fock any jackwagon who doesn't know me that judges me. Judge yourself. The man in the mirror is the only judge. Dillweeds and jackwagons can go take a dump on their self appointed thrones. |

My E-Cigs arrived two days before expected. I still have a half carton of butts, so I will stick with my Wednesday target as V-E day.
While my batteries get charged up, I used my USB bypass to power the atomizer and tried one. I think this is going to work for me. Not a cig for sure, but not as far off as a patch or a gum, on demand nicotine. After drinking something, the urge gets larger, and two puffs on the E-Cig worked. That is another cool thing, you ligtht up a butt, you smoke the whole thing. With these, just take a puff or two and put it down. As others have told me, I'll have to experiment some with different carts, but I have never been confident about quitting before. I am now. |

I've been using it as a supplement. Sometimes a cigarette is the only thing that will do, but when I first started using mine I was able to pretty much stop smoking for almost 4 months. So, the lesson is, if you WANT to quit, this device is great and will help you...BUT...you are still getting nicotine and thus are still addicted, and if you are ever in a situation where your batteries are dead or whatever, you may find yourself bumming a smoke or even buying a pack. I started to buy the lower nicotine juices in an attempt to step down and finally just be puffing the flavored juice, but I noticed that the less nicotine, the less throat hit, which is the whole point of using the thing.
Basically, my ecig gets me through the day at work, but at night and on weekends I'm basically smoking again. I've cut back, but I've certainly not quit. I guess I need to really re-focus on using the ecig, because it DOES work, but just like anything, you have to WANT it to. Good luck man! |
