I don't really care if he's healthy or not when we play them. A win is a win in the NFL

Should we place Hootie on suicide watch?

Sucks for Manning and the Colts but Manning's legacy will explode when people see how he has been making a 4-12 team a 12-4 team for many years. Milkman might even have to begrudgingly admit under his breath that he was wrong.

Why would I admit that?

The only reason Manning is more important to the Colts is that Bill Polian never addressed the backup QB position, and now he would have to pay the price for that.

Kerry Collins is an over the hill scrub.

Not planning and preparing for the potential loss of your starting QB is idiocy, even if it's an iron man.

The Packers always had a backup even while Favre was in the middle of his streak.

Well if the Patriots are still an 11-5 team with a QB that hadn't started a game since HS and the Colts turnout to be an 5-11 team without Manning I think it will be self-explanatory regardless if you are too proud to swallow the pride.

And if they go 10-6 like last year? It'll be because Collins had a much better team with much better coaching, that's what the Peyton lovers will say. Must be nice to have 10 guaranteed indoor games every year, i wonder if he'd have the same numbers playing in a place like Lambeau? Not that we'll ever know, because the league will make sure any cold stadium away games the Colts have on they're schedule get played in Sept like they've been doing his whole 12 year career. Dude hasn't played in one memorable regular season snow game his whole pro career. NOT ONE. Am i the only one that finds that incredibly distrubing? he played two snow games in th post season and got the sh*t kicked out of him twice.

Yeah, yeah, I know Manning apologists, Peyton doesn't control the schedule. But that's my point, whoever does makes sure Manning is NEVER put in a position to play in bad weather, EVER. And that, to me, makes him look like a giant p*ssy when compared to Favre, Brady, Bradshaw etc.. I guess it bothers me that a sure fire Hall Of Famer QB is exempt from playing in snow. Kinda like it bothers me his O Line is exempt from False Start too.

Manning is a play off choker. That's a fact.

It's written in stone at this point. Even his Super Bowl run came courtesey of a phantom roughing the passer on 3rd down in the AFC Championship that played a huge part in their winning TD drive.

Yeah, Brady got one of rings after the "tuck rule", but he still won two other Superbowls cleanly and went 16-0 without being pampered on the way to doing it. In my book Tom will always be the better QB of my generation.

Hey, I never said he wasn't pampered, I said he wasn't during his 3 Glory Seasons, which he wasn't. You see I acknowledged the tuck rule, no?

You laugh at my comments about the schedule makers making sure Peyton never has to play in snow, but when I said he hasn't played in one memorable regular season snow game in his entire 12 year Pro Career, you ignored that part and didnt come up with an example to prove me wrong. There's a reason for that, isn't there?
