Just thought I'd bump this and update. I went through and passed the written rules test and all of the skills tests. Had to do that in order to get insurance, and you have to have insurance to get hit. You also have to be able to hit in order to tryout. Anyway, tryouts were last week, and I'm now a Battle Broad, which is the B squad. The All-Stars are the A squad, and we're all known as the Springfield Roller Girls. :) Oh, and my derby name is DEAD ENDicott and my number is 37.

Well, 'dead end' is good for derby. I also have a group of guy friends that, whenever I show them up or disagree with a point they're trying to make, always say 'you're dead to me, Endicott.'
