For me it's about eating right..more small meals, more veggies, less red meat to keep sugar levels stable. Varying workouts seem to work. Weight training is a must to maintain muscle mass along with cardio and stretching. Yoga is good for everybody and prevents stiffness.
You need to listen to your body, things change as you age. Some activities just need to be adjusted or changed to fit your changing physique. |
