I'm not your typical drinker. I pound it straight with a chaser. I'm not a social drinker that's for sure. Pretty much drink to sleep. In any case, it needs to stop. My liver I'm sure is begging me to quit that shit.

That's legit. I'm off work until March so it's not like I need to be on some schedule.

I drink heavily on Wednesday's (bowling), Friday's (because) and Saturday's (bowling). I need bowling season to end. It's taking over my life (and wallet).

Currently 5'10 and 220 pounds. I'd love to see 200 pounds by the end of the year. I also drink about a 2 liter of Dr. Pepper a day. No exaggeration.

I am fat and happy with a beautiful in shape wife. That being said, I am too fat for my surgically repaired spine and need to take some serious time away from the beach to get this sorted.

I am up at 248 on last weigh in and imagine a bit more since.

Start- 248
Finish- 190

Switch to diet. That's literally the ONLY thing you'd have to do and you'd get there by June. Ddp is one of the best diet sodas on the market.

A guy I work with who is a personal trainer says that the asperatame (or however the hell you spell it) in diet soda halts weight loss somehow. I wouldn't mind switching over though.
