On a ramp, we would call it "landing fakie" if you did your trick and then came back in basically riding backwards. Probably a generational thing. We never referred to any street skating tricks as fakie. I used to do 360 oldies when riding backward because it was easier for me to go all the way around than when I rode forward, but we just called it riding backwards.
