I fully expect our WR's to win that matchup. Their secondary is a downgrade from last year without Weddle. I don't think the Heyward and Lowery signings change that. Verrett is a great player, but Flowers is done.

You know damn well I wasn't speaking about Maclin. Maclin is the only legitimate WR KC has until proven otherwise. Maclin, Kelce, and the RBs are the only weapons until proven otherwise. SD does match up well in that regard, until proven otherwise. We'll see what happens. I certainly didn't pick KC to go 12-4 by losing to SD ;).
Flowers will likely play nickel on Wilson. Done or not done, he's a better corner than Wilson is a receiver. |
