Great outcome but boring game except for the fight. I wonder how long Flacco is going to be out?

The hit on Flacco was less dirty than several of the hits Denver put on Newton last year.

Late slide, sideways, where there was a chance that Flacco would go for the 1st. Tough situation.

Rick and Morty
Bojack Horseman
Big Mouth
South Park

I already binged through the available Bojack (godammit) and I enjoy South Park when I get around to watching it. I finally gave Big Mouth a try after being told at home, at work, and on here how good it is. Doh! I should have listened. It's a lot better than I thought it would be, gave me some honest belly laughs, which is very rare. I guess I'm going to have to stop being stupid and give Rick And Morty a try since I've binged Big Mouth.

Somehow, and I have no idea how, I responded to one of Baby Lee's posts (with a partial quote) and it was posted here instead of the thread that his post came from.

Hey. Wait a minute. This is the right thread. I'm not drunk, you're drunk. So there!

Let me tell you a story:

So I get off work late today (again) and I find that I have a small bit of paperwork to do. I think '**** it' to myself and just go home with it. I know that my dog has been home alone half the day and needs to be let out. I go home and sit down, do the paperwork while the dog does his business. As I'm sitting there I realize that I'm hungry and remember that I haven't been to Taco Bell in a while. The thought of my dog shitting is probably what reminded me of Taco Bell, but I digress.

So when both of us are ready I gather my things. And I go. The Taco Bell is located at the other end of the dinky little town that I live just outside of. Most of the roads are unusually wide and the main street is four lanes. Just as I approach the Taco Bell I notice that the cars in front of me are moving with irregular speed and the drivers are beeping their horns. All four lanes worth of traffic are going and stopping, beeping their horns, it's bedlam.

As I get to the area I see that a frantic chicken is causing the chaos. It's bobbing and weaving through all four lanes of traffic. The thing almost makes it to one side of the road and swerves back to the middle. Over and over again. So, finally, I stop my car completely. I put on my hazard lights. I get out of the car and I start chasing this chicken towards safety.

This goes on for a while and I work the chicken to one side. I get the chicken to safety and then I have to walk the 25 feet or so back to my car. As I walk back I notice that no one's angry. All of the faces that I see through windshields are happy, relieved faces. A guy in a pick up rolls his window and calls out to me, laughing, "I bet you didn't plan on chasing a chicken today!" I respond with a laugh and a, "Nope!"

So I got to the Taco Bell. I end up ordering a Crispy Chicken Quesadilla $5 Box and a side order of their version of chicken nuggets. I drive back home and ponder that. I have no problem eating pieces of a chicken. I do it all the time. But I can't bring myself to just randomly kill a chicken when it's not necessary. Even to the point of substantial inconvenience. And the dozens of other drivers looked like they felt the same way. Kind of a weird afternoon.

I don't get it... if a chicken dares to makes you look dumb, why not go ahead and kill it?

Nah. I've got to own when I look dumb. Not the chicken's fault. The chicken was just doing chicken things, being a chicken.
