1. Wake Forest played in the Fiesta Bowl last season. Nobody thought this game would be a pushover for Nebraska.

2. Wake likes to run the misdirection and their backup QB is a scrambler. The misdirection is awfully hard to defend.

3. Sam Keller hasn't played in a year and a half.

4. Good teams win close games. A win on the road against a good team is nice to matter what. I'm not sure last year's Husker team would've won today.

The ACC has fallen recently. My top 3 Conferences would be the following:

1. SEC
2. Big XII
3. Pac 10

I would go:

1. SEC
2. Pac-10
3. Big East

But I think Auburn is overrated this year, based on their performance aganist Kansas State and USF thus far.

USF is a good team, but yes, Auburn is probably not a top-15 team.

Wow! KU is averaging more than 55 points per game. We're the new Nebraska.

I can see Louisville-WVU-Rutgers round-robin beating each other with USF or Pitt handing an upset or two. But they have some pretty solid teams along with the 3 at the top.

The ACC is just embarrassingly bad. The best team from the conference is probably Boston College. BU is pretty good but would be a middle of the pack team in every other BCS conference. The ACC is the only BCS conference yet to win a game vs a team from another BCS conference (0-3).
