Wow, everybody (except for Kahne and Kyle) seems to be just wacky loose. Bowyer was so bad he thought he had a flat. Danica is a lap down as I type this...maybe two by the time I hit "submit".

Bugeater 03-10-2013 01:41 PM

I thought the race wasn't supposed to start until 3.

Fairplay 03-10-2013 02:02 PM

It still amazes me the speeds these cars go and they are withing a few feet or inches of each other.

Dylan 03-10-2013 02:02 PM

they are crazy loose... lol

Dylan 03-10-2013 02:13 PM

Las Vegas Motor Speedway is filled to capacity...156,000 - yikes

It must be a nightmare to go home.

In58men 03-10-2013 02:20 PM

So far so good, glad Edwards got around Jr. Jr makes me nervous lol.

These dumbass announcers are acting like Bristol is the same track is was 10 years ago.

chefsos 03-10-2013 02:55 PM

Did anyone not see that move by Kyle coming?

Old Dog 03-10-2013 02:56 PM

Hell of a move by Kryle

I think it's safe to say Kahne didn't.

ImAWalkingCorpse 03-10-2013 02:57 PM

Kyle didn't care if he wrecked the entire field. Hopefully they get to him and wreck him for that.

Dylan 03-10-2013 02:57 PM

Wild Thing

you make my heart sing

two wide inside...two wide inside...one inside...inside...inside...inside...

what a move...

i'd like to be a spotter for the day

Al Bundy 03-10-2013 02:58 PM

Too bad Kahne lacks the talent. Shit if that had been an actual good driver Kryle would have hit the wall head first like he needed to. But Kahne is too much of a pussy to wreck Kyle like he should have.

You can't send your driver smilies via radio, though...

Al Bundy 03-10-2013 03:00 PM

Hopefully Kasey can get to him and put him in a wall... Kyle deserves it like no other driver.

Demonpenz 03-10-2013 03:01 PM

Rowdy. My dad just cranked up the sound!!

Bugeater 03-10-2013 03:01 PM

well that one lap of close racing sure was exciting

Demonpenz 03-10-2013 03:08 PM

I tilt my head and refuse to use gyro cam.

Dylan 03-10-2013 03:08 PM

kasey has a fast car.

edit: i'm hoping knaus doesn't have something up his sleeve as the laps wind down. we all know he has the strategy down pat.

chefsos 03-10-2013 03:19 PM

The 5 car is the class of the field, but he's not as good early in a run, so any late race restarts are gonna doom him.

Al Bundy 03-10-2013 03:39 PM

Kenseth and Brad **** up a restart.....

Al Bundy 03-10-2013 03:42 PM

Another caution.. missed shift because Kenseth is a dipshit.

Dylan 03-10-2013 03:44 PM

I really like Denny's paint scheme.

They use a few different paint schemes on the #11 and the Ex in FedEx. Supposedly, one of the paint schemes is on all new Toyota Camry. Could be wrong.

http://pictures.topspeed.com/IMG/cro...e-1_600x0w.jpg

Maybe his red paint scheme? Beautiful car.

In58men 03-10-2013 03:48 PM

Let's go Brad, do work

chefsos 03-10-2013 03:50 PM

WTF? Green without getting lined up right?

Dylan 03-10-2013 03:52 PM

If Kenseth wants to have a Happy Birthday, he will need someone to take out Kasey - That boy is driving a rocket

Those guys didn't realize Hamlin was a lead lap car.

Fairplay 03-10-2013 03:58 PM

Go Kenseth!

Al Bundy 03-10-2013 03:58 PM

Put him in the wall if you need to.

Dylan 03-10-2013 03:59 PM

i wonder if matt can hold off kasey on only two fresh tires - i don't think so...

Dylan 03-10-2013 04:03 PM

wow...Matt did it...

Great job - deserves the win.

Congrats!

Al Bundy 03-10-2013 04:04 PM

**** off Matt, you chump. The faster car lost again.

Al Bundy 03-10-2013 04:04 PM

Matt damn near wrecked the field on a restart. Pussy ass Kenseth won a race he had NO business winning.

Demonpenz 03-10-2013 04:05 PM

NASCAR is awesome.

Fairplay 03-10-2013 04:05 PM

Kahne had the car, just couldn't get out in front.

Congrat's Kenseth

Al Bundy 03-10-2013 04:06 PM

Terrible race for the 5.

GloryDayz 03-10-2013 04:07 PM

Kenseth is a smart driver...Good job by Kenseth

I don't think he ever got close enough to dump Kenseth.

...If that's what he wanted to do, which is doubtful.

Fairplay 03-10-2013 04:12 PM

Inmem58 that Dollar General car doesn't look very cool so we might as well keep the 99 car in the thread header till the next race. :)

chefsos 03-10-2013 04:15 PM

I think most of us can agree that JJ fading down the stretch made the day better. I was certain he and Kahne were both gonna get Kenseth.

Nahh Kahne is too much of a pussy to dump him. He would rather race clean than win a race.

Dylan 03-10-2013 05:20 PM

Happy Birthday, Matt! Kenseth wins in Las Vegas

http://media.thatsracin.com/smedia/2...nc.St.158.jpeg
Kenseth turned in a gritty performance over the final 20 laps to hold off Kasey Kahne and
win the NASCAR Sprint Cup Kobalt Tools 400 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
Kahne, Brad Keselowski, Kyle Busch and Carl Edwards rounded out the top five.

Demonpenz 03-10-2013 08:27 PM

the #20 did an awesome job of blocking. Then Kayne just didn't have anything for him at the finish.

Yes it's staged, but still very funny. They used two different cars in the video, one has a sunroof, and the other car going up the ramp does not.

Great find, Inmem!

Shrub on the pole at Bristol. And it's a new...track...record! 129.535; a 14.813 second lap. They're like those carnival motorcycle guys who go around and around and around in that steel mesh sphere. Anyway:

1) Busch 18*
2) Kahne 5*
3) Hamlin 11*
4) Vickers 55
5) Menard 27

*Broke previous track record.
