And there literally is no telling what a team can do with the right coaching hire and the right drafting strategy. Look no further than the 49ers when they brought on Harbaugh (and now with Kapernick) and the Colts this year.

Funny that your post directly follows his. I agree with you - Kelly is the definition of an innovator and program builder with a high football IQ and head coaching experience.

I think Kelly will be a little more on the radar than we think, though I'm not sure how much personnel control I would want to cede to him.
