His work during the Steen/Generico feud in ROH is some of the best stuff I have ever seen. Imagine the NXT "feud" the two had, just stretched out over an entire year. I went to a show in Chicago where it was Corino and Steen vs Colt Cabana and Generico. It was bloody as hell and went all over the building. That was a straight up blood feud. Well booked, nice slow burn with a great payoff.

He came back to ROH about a year after and played the over the top psycho bent on destroying the company. The "Fight Owens Fight" saying is no doubt a derivation of "Kill Steen Kill" during that time. The guy can be the over the top dastardly heel and also play the anti-hero extremely well.

I agree about his wrestling style. And that rebound clothesline is just awful.

Looking forward to RAW though.
