So the NCAA hinted or flat out told KU if they admitted Fenny & Fassnola was a booster they would get Silvio eligible. They made them sign & write it down. And they then lay the hammer. They now can use that against us to levy a mini death sentence to our basketball program.

Oh I have no dispute that KU is guilty - but they are maintaining plausible deniability. If they really did put in writing that Gassnola and Fenny were boosters - they are ****ing idiots. Wanting to get Silvio eligible is understandable, but that is short sighted. Play the long game, don't get shit vacated or lose schollies & post season ban.

I'm not disputing KU's guilt, your statement sounded like you were saying they ADMITTED guilt. Which as you said, is stupid if they did.
