Missouri added another experienced lineman to its group for 2025 on Friday.
The Tigers received the commitment of Wake Forest transfer Keagen Trost, who visited the program Thursday. Trost, a 6-foot-4, 305-pound lineman, started 11 games this past season for the Demon Deacons. He joined Michigan transfer Dominick Giudice as the Tigers' second offensive line addition. Trost will join Missouri with one year of eligibility, following his redshirt junior season. Prior to Wake Forest, the Kankakee (Ill.) High product spent four seasons at Indiana State and one season at Michigan State. |
Missouri got the help in the secondary it's been looking for.
The Tigers got the commitment of Virginia Tech sophomore safety Mose Phillips III on Thursday, supplementing a room that returns Daylan Carnell and Marvin Burks Jr. as returning starters and Santana Banner as another transfer from Northern Illinois. Phillips, a true sophomore, will have two years of eligibility remaining. In his true freshman season, the 6-foot-2, 193--pound defensive back played in 13 games and started two, recording 27 tackles and one forced fumble. Then as a sophomore, he started 11-of-12 games, recording 65 tackles with 3.5 for loss and one sack. |
That dude yall got from Michigan is pretty solid wanted him

Wow you guys got Trost too. Very very solid additions by Mizzou in the portal those are 2 nice additions you got on the O-Line and Gbayor is a fine LB. You should be very happy

The Missouri Tigers made their first addition at edge rusher of the season, with Applachian State's Nate Johnson transferring to Missouri, according to multiple reports.
Johnson comes over to Missouri with two years of eligibility. Young edge rushers quickly became a need for the Tigers after freshmen Williams Nwaneri and Jaylen Brown both entered the transfer portal. Just as every other one of Missouri's transfer additions, Johnson was productive in his two years in the Sun Belt Conference. As a true freshman, he started in 10 games, recording 42 tackles. 7.5 sacks and, according to Pro Football Focus, 37 pressures on 234 snaps of pass rushing. In his sophomore season, Johnson recorded 42 tackles and 2.5 sacks. He forced a fumble in each of his first two seasons. |
Johnson makes 10 transfers so far. Coach Drink has been busy. Hopefully he can land a good quarterback soon

Pribula said to be signing with Mizzou.
I couldn't possibly be less enthusiastic about that. It means they've given up on Horn because I see nothing to suggest that this kid should be an SEC starter. Or at least nothing to suggest he's going to be better than Horn. Nor does he have any more experience than Horn. This just couldn't be any more underwhelming. |

Pribula is fast and tough. He can make the QB run game a weapon that has to be respected, for sure, and should be pretty dangerous running naked bootlegs off of the outside zone runs. I'd prefer a guy with more arm when you're lining up Kevin Coleman and Joshua Manning, who are each dangerous deep threats, but each of those guys can create big plays off of short passes, too. |

All the things I am seeing speak very highly of him. His highlights make him look athletic and very tough.
But uhhh every play I see he is running? Hope this man can pass the ball as well. |

Really good portal class and a huge get. Bridges the gap to Zollers nicely.

It’s possible. Mendoza was a very Cook-like player. Pribula was wanted badly by Iowa and UCLA and Ole Miss. and DeArmond heard a “national title contender” started trying to get in today, too. So we’ll see. After Mateer, I don’t know that there was a clear game-changer available. |
