So I'm stuck at home with very little food in the house. I have some leftover rice from the other night and a little steak my wife didn't finish from last night.
Some soy sauce, oyster sauce, sriracha, fresh garlic, and 10 minutes later I have a pretty minimal, but tasty stir fry. |

I didn't get back in time to make my strawberry-tomato Gazpacho to try out. So I wound up just making a salad of green leaf lettuce, spinach, purple onions, cuke and raspberries with a orange basil dressing.
It's a vegan day for me and my house is 84 degrees even with central ac. It's eff'ng hot here. |
