Yes. I actually set everything up before I cook, so all I have to do is present, snap 10-15 shots, then eat.

Actually, hand to God it must have done that when I was carrying it to the light tent. I don't that granular when I'm presenting.

So I'm stuck at home with very little food in the house. I have some leftover rice from the other night and a little steak my wife didn't finish from last night.

Some soy sauce, oyster sauce, sriracha, fresh garlic, and 10 minutes later I have a pretty minimal, but tasty stir fry.

The porterhouses had bones (which I froze), but the ribeyes were boneless.

Dinner was a half rack of smoked ribs from the grocery store (they do a pretty fair job) and some homemade vinegar based cole slaw... went low carb tonight.

Just needed something down there to soak up the booze.

I didn't get back in time to make my strawberry-tomato Gazpacho to try out. So I wound up just making a salad of green leaf lettuce, spinach, purple onions, cuke and raspberries with a orange basil dressing.

It's a vegan day for me and my house is 84 degrees even with central ac. It's eff'ng hot here.

Wow, where do you live? The central air should cool it down more than that!

Florida. I had therm on 78 but it reads 84 for actual temp...and that with no oven on or cooking being done.

Clean your conditioner's radiator fins and get a coolant recharge.

It was 95 degrees with 80% humidity here last week and my unit had no problem maintaining 75 all day.
