A question for the legal team: if Walt Disney wants to sue us, and he's just a disembodied head, can he actually sue if he can't sign the paperwork? Or would a nod be sufficient?

Haven't come across that particular issue, but I'd suggest that it's unwise to underestimate the power of a disembodied head.
