I recognize that it's a good accomplishment for a program as mediocre as MU's, just as KU's back-to-back bowls are an accomplishment for them.

Neither MU or KU was recognized on a national scale before last year. This pre-season MU was on the cover of SI and KU was ranked in the Top 15. How is that meaningless? You can't say MU was a fraud without mentioning KU.

KU (and their fans) and the media didn't have high expectations for this year's team, hence the difference.

I couldn't give a shit less what they think, and I'm not judging my schools' team on other programs that have been dominant for decades on end.

I bet Miami isn't laughing at MU's or KU's accomplishments right about now.
