All the terms in the OP apply, if Joeckel allows 7.0+, you win and I Jeopardize. If Joeckel allows less than 7.0, I win and you Jeopardize.

Keep in mind we both get one opportunity to back out of this or change it depending on who drafts Joeckel on the 25th.
