I would. Finnegan us probably a middle or the rotation guy or good reliever at best IMO. Duffy isnt consistent and isnt controled much longer. I think there is enough young pitching almost ready and enough vets under contract next year to go for it.

You already have Volquez, Medlen, Ventura, and Vargas for next year. Give Lamb Duffys spot and roll with that.

I probably wouldn't either. I'm still high on Duffy. If GMDM pulls the trigger on that deal I'd fully support it. He is right more often than not and I have complete faith in him.

I'd be completely on board with this given that it is extremely difficult to make the WS back to back, especially for a small market team. We have a legit shot at that.

Not to mention, and contrary to popular belief, this isn't a young team. Our opportunity to win is now.
