All true, except we lost partly because the pitchers like giving up homeruns.

Well, and the offense continues to suck ass.

Offense was pathetic tonight, pitching actually wasn't that terrible (for the Royals)

Yeah, none of the offensive players came to play tonight either. What are you gonna do, when you have black holes like Omar Whitfante playing everyday.

I hear ya, but what other options do the Royals have? Colon? He hasn't looked real impressive this year. Mondesi maybe? But hasn't played a lot of second and don't know if he's quite ready for The Show yet . . . .

If they are serious about making a run next year I would see what it would take to get Dozier from the Twins. They aren't likely to compete before his contract is up or he declines at age 29 now. He is also on a silly low contract.
