I have mixed feelings, honestly. I haven't seen the new Strange film but it does seem like Wanda's arc may be at an end.

They can't help themselves, though, and I don't blame them. She's too good in the role, and she's a box office draw. You gotta pick the character's bones clean from a business standpoint.

I simply don't know what direction there is to go, though. But maybe you bring back Matt Shakman from WandaVision and see what he can generate.

I'm enjoying it...some people I'm sure don't care for the young teen stuff. I feel it's been pretty good mostly about her family/culture and her struggles. Not a ton of action yet or anything ground breaking there other than her powers have been changed. I've been watching with my daughter too and a few friends who I know are giving it a shot and are enjoying it. That said I'm from Pakistan and have read the story and enjoyed it and love the character. I think it's really a perfect d+ type show/story. The older people it may not hit as much I can see that. She will be in Marvels and I'm hoping it's great.

Watched the first episode and it bored me to death....need to give episode 2 a try, but I have a ton of stuff in my watch que at the moment so I am not sure when I will work my back around to it.

My understanding is the first 2 episodes are as good as it gets.

If the family/culture thing isn't making you watch there isn't a ton of action that will suck you in either. My favorite episodes are 1, 4 and 5 so far. I'm enjoying it alot and she's real likable as a character as well. The acting is good with the supporting cast as well. It's definitely more aimed at families and younger than older people. I'd say give it a shot but if after a 2 eps you're not digging it I get it as there is tons to watch.

I think Marvel is kind of a victim of its own success to a degree. Everything since Endgame (minus Now Way Home, imho) has fallen short of the Infinity Saga in nearly every single way. It hasn't just flat SUCKED, but it's nowhere the draw it was leading up to Infinity War. Now, by all appearances they're eventually going to get to a Secret Wars type of rollout, and I'll be all about that. But to get there they have a long LONG way to go in storytelling and character introductions.

And I am a huge fan of the multiverse, in the comics and with what they're attempting to do in the MCU, but it hasn't flowed evenly with the more magical and cosmic tales. Love and Thunder was a letdown, and it shouldn't have been. Hopefully they build up from that movie going forward.

Looks like there’s been some leaks of the trailers for the new Ant Man and GOG 3 movies. The Ant Man one is still on YouTube for now but the GOG one has been taken down.

I don't see much to get excited about until Fantastic Four in over two years.

Secret Invasion could be good.

They need to get the mutants and X-Men involved, like yesterday. The MCU needs a defibrillator shock of interest for the fanbase, because as much as She-Hulk and Blade and the Thunderbolts are pretty badass in their own rights, they just don't have the mass appeal the mutant catalogue does.

There's just no structure to the mutliverse it feels like to me.

There's only one timeline, but loki ruined all of that and now there are branching out like crazy.

But no Stephen strange broke it in no way home.

Loki broke it by killing Kang. Everyone else has just been taking advantage of what happened in Loki. From their perspective the multiverse has always existed.

Baseline popularity for the X-Men was higher than Iron Man, Thor, the Avengers, etc. prior to this whole MCU run. If they can get a good story up and running involving the mutants they'll have the masses running back to the theaters again.

And that's not to mention the firepower they're still sitting on with Dr. Doom, Galactus, and Silver Surfer.

So Marvel is delaying the introduction of Dr. Doom into the MCU. They have reportedly cut his post credit scene out of Wakanda Forever, and now they are talking about pushing him back even further.

There was a rumor that Marvel was interested in Henry Cavill to play Doom. I didn't put much stock in it at the time, but it could explain why Marvel would punt on Doom now, since Cavill is going back to DC.
