Been able to get my calories under 1,700 a day but my sodium is way high :(

Finished out the week at 188. Less than I wanted, but I figured there wouldn't be much movement scale-wise on this round of cuts.
I went from 175 to 190 while maintaining a 32" waist during my build cycle, so the weight loss overall should be minimal. I'll tell you though, nothing will tighten you up faster than a vegetarian, low dairy diet combined with lifting and intense calorie burning sessions. |
