To be fair, having Alex Smith and giving up the farm is like being thrown to the pit of misery for 5 years. He'll always get ya there, but will make sure to never finish the job. An endless cycle of hope and despair.

There were a lot of mad Redskins fans on Reddit this morning. I was amazed at how many said they would just follow whatever team Cousins went to. What is it about mediocre QBs that develop fan cults? I mean, I could see following Montana over but Cousins or Smith?

Just taking into account what we know about Peters and Fuller...

Which corner duos are you taking over them in the NFL right now?

Off the top of my head, I'd say Jacksonville. Denver is a no likely due to the Talib situation which is up in the air, wouldn't take them long term over Peters/Fuller. That might be it.

Stephen A Smith interviewed Kareem on his show today and Kareem had high praise for Alex but you could hear this enthusiasm go up a notch when talking about Mahomes.
