And the meltdown is complete

Can people stop saying mizzou plays good defense?
|
They looked far too rushed in the last 30 seconds of the game. Especially Denmon, almost like he completely freaked out.

I ****ing HATE HATE HATE this basketball team.
It's the most fundamentally unsound bunch of pieces of shit I've ever seen. No Quin Snyder team was ever this mind****ed. 9-19 from the ****ing FT line? Denmon has the ball with 40 seconds left and 35 on the clock and his first instinct is to drive into a double team? Bowers can't convert two FTs that would have forced A&M to shoot 3s late in regulation? Denmon, an 85% FT shooter, can't convert on an AND-1, which would have allowed us to settle for the last shot at worst in OT, even if they made that steal and layup? **** this team, and if Mike Anderson doesn't bring in a coach who knows how to install an offense and teach D-I basketball players to shoot FTs at better than a 50 percent clip, then **** him too. I'm sick of this bullshit. |
I want to know why Pressey took all the important shots at th end. Should have been Denmon.

I'm sticking by my 6-10 B-12 prediction.
I refuse to believe this is a 72% FT shooting team. I don't care what the stats say, I've never seen a worse FT shooting team. |
Nice surprise season for the aggies so far. Wish I cared more about college bb

Bummer!

It's an understatement to say that it's disappointing to watch this team snatch defeat out of the jaws of victory.
P. Pressey was surprisingly good. Rat[c]liff was also solid on the offensive end, but killed us with a couple of really stupid fouls late. Dixon was ****ing abysmal. Most frustrating of all, however, was Denmon's anti-clutch. 50% at the line from him is a joke. Very little arc on his FTs, so this should be correctable. Frankly, it should have been fixed already. And a killer, killer ****ing turnover. Didn't expect a mental meltdown from him. |
