okay guys I think there is something weird going on with us Scat Pack Shaker owners and the cops.
I've been by several cops and not got a ticket. I've done power slides around corners and there was a cop on the side I couldn't see. Have illegal tint. Not got a a single ticket. Not even pulled over. Not once. I'm thinking luck will run out. Then I start talking to other SPS owners nationwide and most are experiencing the same thing. Chance to get a ticket and not even pulled over. After discussing, we are thinking that maybe its because who is driving these cars. We are older guys. You have to have some money to own one of these cars. So you have to be responsible in something in your life. We may go a little fast but we wouldn't endanger someone else. Basically we are not young or driving drifter cars. The cops are passing on us. Think its BS and we are all just having a run of luck? or maybe something to this theory? |
You guys are just bad ass, srs.

yep, 2k for the entire country.
They want to do a limited run to see if they will sell, and then do more next year. Like I said, im thinking that there will be 10x more buyers than cars. As soon as I can order one I will PM you, and once you order it with me, its yours, no bullshit maybes. |

345HP in that little car is impressive but man, its still a hatch back. A $38,000 hatchback. http://icdn8.digitaltrends.com/image...-970x546-c.jpg |

The RS hides it fairly well though, compared to the Golf. |

Some cops are going to read the board. Look me up by real name. Find me in the database. Then stake me out. Follow me. Wait until I speed again and then wham........ write me a speeding ticket. |

First time entering a professional juried car show. Was just going out to see the cars. The guy talked me into entering the juried show.
I ended up winning the best in class award. Best car there from 2008 to present. They announced it was their biggest show ever. Looked to be at least 200 cars in the show. The SPS beat out the 5.0/Roush Pony's, Corvettes, Cameros etc. I just missed the best in show award because I scraped a rim sometime and I need to get it fixed. These car show guys love the Scat Pack Shaker. The judges told me that they like originality and stock. Don't focus on custom add-ons. Judges army swayed. True or not? Yes, lewdog, I cleaned it up myself. Vacuumed, wiped it down, wash, detailed the engine and trunk. |

So how did you detail the engine bay? I've always wanted to do that. But it makes me nervous given some things in there that you don't really want to get wet. |
