? You think this is ugly? How so? |

What’s more likely: it was misheard and then very, very casually misreported by BRC or he heard it right and it just hasn’t been picked up by any internet content providers who are starved for these sorts of details? Oh, and he says the source was legit but he has no idea who the reporter was? Okay. |

There’s nothing the Chiefs can do, really — paying over $30 million doesn’t seem like a good idea, and at that price, he’s most likely untradable. At this point, the Chiefs probably should let him explore trade options to show him and his agent that he won’t find a team out there that will give up draft picks and give him north of $30 million. And if some team does, you trade him.
Orlando Brown and his agent thought the Chiefs were lowballing them and ****ed around and found out. I just don’t get the risk / return here from Chris Jones point of view — unless the Chiefs offer is a lot less than the media intimating it is. |
No one knows exactly what the offer was. We don't know if it was for $26 million or $30 million. I think all we know is that Beach made him an offer that he refused, right?
Which is SOP for salary negotiations anyway. Never take the first offer. |

So legit that you don't even know there name? Why haven't I seen this reported anywhere? I figure Twitter would blow up to this report. You're obviously misremembering. Also I've never heard a word that was said on tv at a bar. |
That Twitter post was obviously in jest. Look at the second picture.
To me, it sounds like he was playing a role in a movie and they’re trolling. |

Carl would’ve had Rufus Dawes hunt down Chris Jones’ agent with a cattle prodder.
At least Veach is doing his best not to get dragged into the back and forth bullshit. |
