Certain bars around town close at 3. Last call at 2:30. I think they have to pay to do it. Or it may be a municiple thing. I really don't know. But it's great to leave work at 2 and be able to go have a drink.

what sucks is getting off around 12:30 and going to a 1:30 bar. everyone there is wasted and you have enough time for a couple drinks before last call. its like blue balls for your liver.

Swing over to Raytown. There is a bar open until 3. While there are several drunks, there are also about 10-15 servers/bartenders from various places there. And the waitress will always get your drink before anybody else.
