That's nothing more than descriptive statistics for a set of data. A total number and an average. A first grader with a ****ing calculator could understand it. |
"The lack of dropped passes and supporting cast efficiency are why Alex Smith's true passer rating of 113.1, good for #1 in the NFL last year, was so artificially high."
"Kansas City receivers generated more separation yards than any other receiver group in the league." Now we're getting into the PFF bullshit stats, but guess what-- Sandy, Tigger, and ChiefsPASquirrelTits' precious passer rating stat is nothing more than a made-up advanced metric of sorts as well. This shit puts to bed any notion at all that Alex Smith is some precious commodity that we're really going to miss. If Smith's supporting cast of offensive weapons puts up remotely a HINT of the efficiency they did in 2017, Mahomes will probably dwarf Alex Smith in passing yards and TDs in 2018. He's probably going to ****ing push 5000, I imagine. |

Alex Smith is the football Antichrist. And glad he's been exorcisms from Kansas City. I feel somewhat bad about dumping this blasphemous sack of chickenshit mediocrity on Washington ... but then remember our five years of purgatory, and don't. |

Just getting around to reading this thread. Glad I waited because I would’ve went off on the Alex homers too lol. Denver fan boys on here thinking we got a “depth dude” is hilarious. This thread is as crazy as Twitter was while I was on it in suspense of what the compensation was. |
Love or hate Alex this is probably the most impressive trade KC has made since Montana hit town.
"Well, Kansas City to the Super Bowl," said a former 49ers linebacker, Matt Millen... |
