Well this week ended rather nicely for setting PR's. Next couple weeks is back to higher(ish) rep schemes so last video for now. I'll report back in 3 more weeks when its the 1 rep week.

205 overhead press.. so close to 225. **** long arms lol!

Pretty impressive, but how many jumping jacks can you do ???

I did 4 sets of 5 again today without a day off to recover !

When I was working through a back injury, my physical therapist told me to stay away from them because the "pulling" takes the hammies out of the process and creates a muscle imbalance. He said they are awful for most sedentary people as they are usually very quad dominant from sitting all day. My gym has a track so I can do sprints on that or I can go outside. I won't run on a treadmill.

Well, it is true more times than not. By a lot. Look around sometime. The athletes at your gym are not jogging on the the treadmill. They are actually working out. That's because jogging on the treadmill won't do much for you. If you don't understand that, you're in the wrong thread.

I don't even do treadmill. I do jumping jacks, 4 sets of 5 with 5 minute breaks every 3 days.

Very nice. I'll have to give that a shot. I use the seated Cybex Shoulder Press so I have an advantage starting up.
