Just heard an interview with Pemberton, he seems to believe that the nascar official tripped or inadvertantly fell backwards onto the hood of the car. It sure looked to me like that guy from the Newman team shoved him.

Kurt Busch had absolutely nothing to do with the wreck - Aric Almirola - driving the No. 43 red car got in the back of Newman's rear bumper that spun him into the wall.

It will be interesting to hear follow-up questions on comments leading up to the fight on pit lane. |

Kurt Busch was being an idiot just wall riding for 4 turns. Keep it against the wall to bring out the yellow or bring it to the pits.

Bug,
Just a couple of questions. I guess, first on our NASCAR members. Can you tell me if we have any Jimmie Johnson engaged users in this thread? And if so, is it likely that we could sneak in the No. 48 below NASCAR Americans are not known to be classy photography story on top of the page? Thanks in advance and God Bless! D. |

Last week in Talladega, Danica pulled a hissy fit when she decided to slam Sam Hornish into the wall on the checkered flag. In the post-race interview, Hornish said that he slid up the track in front of Danica's car because he had a tire going down. “At the end of the day, we were trying to get a good finish and I got hit in the rear and got into the 87 (Joe Nemechek). It cut the right front tire; it didn’t cut it down, but it started going flat. Coming off four, the tire went flat." The controversy started because many expected Danica to be black flagged and called to the red trailer and punished for her actions. No penalties were handed down, many voiced their outrage that there seems to be a double standard regarding Danica and NASCAR's chosen ones. Interesting!
