Is Priest Holmes going to be used next year???
 

As my name states, I am a big Priest fan. I hope he returns, but will he even be used in this one-dimensional system?

Id love for him to return, but i honestly think hes done.

He can't even get cleared to practice. I hope he comes back, but his career is probably over.

I think he will be back just because that is a PH thing to do. Everybody has bad mouthed him and pissed on his accomplishments. He should come back and cement his place in the HOF. If he hits 100 TD's he will get in.

If anyone can, it's him

I just don't see it happening. Even if it does, fans want LJ now. Everybody (besides me) has forgoten how multi-dimensional PH was/hopefully is. LJ can't really catch, PH can. He needs to come back to give the chiefs another offensive weapon.

or if he can come back, and be as good as he was, we show him off the first couple of games and use him as trade bait, or LJ as trade bait.

If the Chiefs ever want to take their nachos to the next level, he better come back. :)


Seriously, the only question is if Holmes would be willing to be a backup again. If he is then we'll see him out there. If not he stays home, simple as that.

Would he even still be good? From what I gather he's an old couch potato. Is he still in shape to gain more than 2 yards every few carries?

:) Sorry but I just have this feeling he is going to come back and hang 900 to 1300 worth of Offense on the teams we play next year. LJ is no PH. No disrespect intended-but PH was just freakin amazing. He was the second coming of Barry Sanders and the future LT prototype. The Marshal Faulk of the AFC.
