I'll be honest - that almost seems low for a house like that in San Diego.

I mean hell, you'll find 2,000 square ft houses on mediocre lots for a million out there.

It would be nice to be fabulously wealthy.

Ya, I like that house. Got a good look at it when they interviewed him during the fire a few years ago. Seems like a good place to retire .. guess not for him.

Wouldn't surprise me if 5 years ago that was an $8 million dollar casa.

Depends on the location. Those 2,000 square ft homes selling for a million come with a nice view of the ocean.

5.2M seems like a pretty good deal for all that.

I like that house a lot. Wish I was rich. I'd totally buy that for that price. I think living in SD would be nice as well...

Almost bought that place until i found out Hopalong Cassidy killed himself there, ruined it for me.

It's obviously pretty high end, and I really like the pool and the outdoor spaces, but parts of the inside look a hotel. I think there's such a thing as a house that's too big. If I was a single guy rattling around in there, I think it would make me feel lonely.

Of course, that's during the times when there aren't multiple high-end hookers prancing around.

I'm sure 1 million or so of your closest friends wouldn't mind hangin' with ya.
