KK wrong about success of ASG
 

Remember when we were awarded the ASG and KK said that KC will be a embarrassment? Then last summer a article in SI had a player talking about coming here and some players weren't sure. KK took off with that as ammo saying we shouldn't host the game?

Now he s saying that he expected it

Keitzman talks out of his ass? Who knew??

And I turned his show on around 2:40ish, literally listened for half a minute, and the first call I heard him take was some goober fluffing KK on how he was so right on how the ROyals should have built their stadium downtown. I immediately turned the station.

That's my weekly 90 second quota of Keitzman off the books.

KK is currently patting himself and his station on the back for motivating our fans to be "great." Think he has a big opinion of himself or what?

Wish he'd get off the downtown stadium crap. I love where the stadiums are. Screw KK.

and who needs the parking nightmare that would go with a downtown ballpark.

Exactly. Parking and traffic are bad enough there as it is. This down town stadium veal needs to go away. Truman Sports Complex is one of the nicest and most accessible sporting venues in the nation.

Only in Kansas City do people prefer a stadium in the middle of nowhere because it's easy to park.

No shit. It looks the exact same around the stadiums today as it did 20 years ago. It's WAY past due to get updated out there.

Those dual stadiums kick ass. Make that area a destination for the night lifers/restaurant goers.

Are you really asking why nobody is building a several hundred million dollar entertainment district in Raytown, MO?
